Shelby Doyle is the senior vice president of policy and national partnerships for the National School Choice Awareness Foundation where she oversees the foundation’s two year-round school choice navigation programs: Navigate School Choice and Conoce tus Opciones Escolares. In 2024, she founded the Navigate School Choice Network, a coalition of more than 40 state and local nonprofits that provide support and guidance to parents choosing between their school choice options.
Shelby has worked in senior-level positions with the National School Choice Week since 2016. She is a graduate of the Policy Innovators in Education (PIE) Leadership Institute and 50CAN’s National Voices fellowship, a board member of The Forge School, a public charter school, and a current MBA candidate at Vanderbilt University in Nashville, Tennessee, where she lives with her family.
